Truly beautiful colorful pictures with information even adults can learn from. I have honestly never seen a bad Eyewitness book-- the pictures are always captivating. We paired this book with a butterfly hatching kit and my niece loved her gift.

Purchased for a 3rd grade teacher, who teaches informational text. Very well received by both the teacher and students. 3rd graders love the Eyewitness series.
Nern
Nice book with very good illustrations including original specimens rarely shown in other books. This is a good book for an introduction to entomology.

I love Eyewitness books, but I thought this book was boring. This book has some obeious facts about butterfly life cycles, some butter fly facts, and some moth facts. But when you read the book it seems like the book will never end because the book is so repetitive.
