Great book for someone starting out in boxing, gives psychological and physical preparation for boxing. Best instructions on basic punches jabs, hooks, crosses and uppercuts. This book should be in all gyms for the kids to read. I can see why Mr Bodak is in the Boxing Hall of Fame. Also why he has worked with many boxing champs like Ali,DeLaHoya,Ike Quartey,Tommy Hearns,Paez,Azuma Nelson,Chavez and many more.
