My "Therapist" a PH.D. - recommended this book for me to read, so not being big into "self-help" books, I begrudgingly ordered it in "used - good condition" - for a whopping four dollars (looks brand new).

I ended up LOVING this hardcover book so much - that I ordered another "four dollar used copy" - for my parents (who are masters of sweating the small stuff) - and I sent it to them as a "gift" - complete with an inscribed message on the packing slip. My Mom actually called to thank me for the book the second she got it & then ordered one for her brother. Unfortunately, she still sweats the small, medium & large stuff. In fact, she sweats everything & everyone, too. The woman cannot "let things go".

There are basically 100 small chapters, each 1-3 pages long. The author doesn't beat around the bush. He gets straight to the point and doesn't use any fluff. Every chapter and every sentence is useful. It's a book that I could see myself reading over and over and over again - to remind me not to "sweat the small stuff".

It's a quick read and should be required reading. If every single person on the planet read this book and applied its teachings, the World would be a much better place.

This is hands down a 100% must have with a full recommendation to "Buy this book". You will not regret it. Probably the best four dollars I've ever spent. READ THIS BOOK IMMEDIATELY!

I really like this book, it's a great read to really help you notice/point out some things that you wouldn't normally think about! I have tried to incorporate some of the things in this book into my life. The chapters are very short, about 2-3 pages. I like to read a chapter or two a night before bed every night!
