Mark Dugopolski was born in Menominee, Michigan. After receiving a BS from Michigan State University, he taught high school in Illinois for four years. in mathematics from Northern Illinois University at DeKalb. This is a handy book. However, I would recommend taking a trig class with the book that way the teacher can explain some of the complicated formulas. Overall, this book is great to have know that I am taking Calc 1 at a community college.
