I just purchased a copy of American Society Medals "An Identification Guide" (ISBN: 653338-) by OMSA’s very own Lee E. Bishop, Jr and J. Roberts Elliot II. Although I do not really collect society medal (I do own a few) there have been several occasions that I have come a cross a society medal in an antiques store/mall and have wondered what the hell is that?
