I have not read this book, so I have taken the liberty to include what Joost Wesseling (joostmount. nl) wrote about it: Joost Wesseling: The book mentioned above was first published in Holland in May 1991. It starts of with an extensive overview of materials to use for building kites, discusses techniques like sewing etc. It furthermore discusses flying stunt kites.

The first book, "Stunt Kites to Make and Fly" by Servaas van der Horst and Nop Velthuizen, was published in 1991 by the Dutch publishing house THOTH Publishers. The floppy can alternatively be considered a separate product because the KiteFlight program does not require either book in any way. The software is packaged in a "CD box" (no ISBN number) containing the . " disk.
The dimensions in the drawing are in meters and from a flat, unassembled kite, when assembled . the wing span is smaller than in drawing. The table below lists the materials I have used for different versions of Raaseri. I have not experimented with any other material combinations (except SkyShark 2P and Response Zero for ultra light one:-)
Here's the errata list of the book "Stunt Kites II" by Nop Velthuizen and Servaas van der Horst. This list is valid for the 1st print. Arc bridle measurements missing from top to bottom: 4, 11, 22, 37 and 57 cm. Bridle measurements in the book are different then the ones on the floppy disk that comes with the book. Use the disk values !

Considered by many to be the kite maker's Bible. Get yours before they are all gone again. Stunt Kites to Make and Fly and Stunt Kites Two, by Servaas van der Horst and Nop Velthuizen both are in English. The ISBN No's are 90-6868-052-8 and 90-6868-085-4 respectively. Um, well, ah. I got to see this book in person at the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. They called a Flat Fell Seam a French Seam, They showed tying a Bowline with the bitter end on the wrong side of the knot. Then they called a Clove Hitch something I had never heard of. So I put the book down.
