The name Maria is very special to me because it is the name of my daughter, whom was named after my great grandmother who Was born in Italy and had a great passion for food. 50 g (2 oz) butter, 2 peaches, kiwi or other or other seasonal fruit (not too ripe), 50 g (2 oz) blanched almonds, 4 slices white crustless tramezzini. Wash and cut the fruit. In a mixer, blend the fruit and almonds until creamy. Close the tramezzini and serve.
