Written in the mid-'80s, information (& I use that term VERY loosely,) provided in this book is wayyyy outdated. Although written by a psychiatrist, content includes astrology & numerology. The author asserts that E.S.P. has been very firmly estabished as a natural phenomenon (it still hasn't been.) He claims that senility is the result of incorrect expectations due to the overuse of words. These days we know that it's not even "senility"--it's Alzheimer's, & there's very specific & scientific causes for it. He states that nightmares are dreams that happen outside of R.E.M. sleep. This is also nonsense. Don't waste your money on this. There are many better books about dreams out there, including "Dreams and Nightmares" by Dr. Ernest Hartmann.
