The author was plagued with stress, and he advises from personal experience; his method of releasing and eliminating stress from your life will amaze you. This is a very practical self-help book that offers ultimate freedom from stressful circumstances in your day-to-day life.
This book stands on the shoulders of L. S. Barksdale's other works, of which Building Self-Esteem was the base for. I write extensively on this and related life topics and I've come to the conclusion that almost all of our stress is due to "misunderstandings" and flaws in our thinking.

Barksdale hits those flaws square-on with insights and ways of explaining things that will create the straight thinking needed to bypass all of the needless stress that we experience.

We can actually live full days with virtually no stress by heeding what he says.

And there is a great little test to start you off - one which will make clear many of the things you're doing that you need not do.

Barksdale's works came along, for me, at a time when they made a dramatic shift in my life. I cannot recommend any program more highly than his.
