Mysteries Revealed Lyrics. I saw the future wasn't that different Isn't that strange? How I try so hard to be the same. A cut in the flesh, a sign of the times Mysteries revealed, but I don't like what I find. You must have noticed the moment passed How does a moment last? 10 Biggest Historical Mysteries That Will Probably Never Be Solved. By Owen Jarus, Live Science Contributor August 16, 2016 07:11am ET. MORE. There are some historical mysteries that may never be solved. Sometimes, that's because the relevant excavated material has been lost or an archaeological site has been destroyed. Other times, it's because new evidence is unlikely to come forward or the surviving evidence is too vague to lead scholars to a consensus.

Robert and Lucy, two cousins, are staying with Grandad, an inventor, while their parents are on holiday. Robert and Lucy notice the time-travel phones on his desk. They tap the date 1840 into the phones and in a flash they feel themselves being whisked back in time. The children find themselves at Featherstone’s cotton factory. They meet George and Albert, who are apprentices learning a trade at the factory.

Da Vinci Time Travel Series, Book 3. Susan Squires. Chapter 1. It was okay to be a little obsessive, Lucy Rossano told herself, trying to breathe. She clutched the shoulder bag that contained the book to her chest. It was the most valuable book she’d ever acquired in the eight years she’d been dealing in rare books. So of course she couldn’t bring herself to sell it, no matter the price, or donate it to a museum, or even lock it in the safe at the store. It was by frickin’ Leonardo da Vinci  . You are asking yourself how it works. If you care to read the journal, you will know. But if you are in haste, know this, time is not a river but a vortex, and with enough power a man can jump into another part of the swirl.

I loved the interesting trivial about history. It is an easy read. You can sit down, read a few pages, and then pick it up again later.

This book is made up of short vignettes that are interesting and engaging. I find that reading one to my children sparks a desire to know more about the people involved, so they research and discover by themselves, which is when the REAL learning begins! I'd love to have a DVD of Bill Coate telling the stories along with photographs of relevant people and places.

I purchased these books for my father who loves History and is 87. These books are perfect because the stories are only a few pages long and they hold his attention. I do intend on ordering more from this author.
