For Minick’s next photo project on the rural Ozark Mountains of Arkansas begun in 1969, he received a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1972. This is a truly charming and involving overview of people and places in the Ozarks. What a delightful introduction to a fascinating place that still seems trapped in the past!
