The book is physically beautiful: great visuals, very readable, fantastic typography. But more than that it offers clear easy to understand how to do the exercises of this ancient and modern science and art. Not only that, you can learn the ideas behind these forms without any effort of your part. The only problem is I keep giving away my personal copies to my students. Thank goodness I can buy replacement copies with a click or two.

A great book on qigong. It focuses not on the outer movements but on adjusting the inner self to reach a qigong state.
