It is certainly not a "Chinese Food For Dummies" approach. It is a well thought-out presentation behind Chinese food preparation, presentation at the table, and a delight to the senses. A collector's item for sure. ~ Enjoy.

The receipes in this book is truely authentic Chinese cooking. You can find the dishes mentioned here being offered in many restaurents in Hong Kong; including the fancier dishes such as Peking duck to the more common varieties as Tea Leaf Eggs and Beef and Lettuce Fried Rice. This cook book is truly for someone who has tasted the wonderful dishes in Hong Kong and wishes to recreate the same memorial dishes again!
