The paperback version is too hard to read because the print is so small - I had a hardback copy that someone borrowed and it was so much easier to read.

I had an earlier publication of this invaluable book but gave it to someone who is battling cancer. Thus, I ordered a replacement copy but was disappointed about the small size and print. There are lots of good recipes in it, but it's hard to keep the book open because of its compactness. I would much rather have paid more and gotten a more user friendly book.
Simple, alphabetized list of foods, illnesses and remedies. Not very detailed, but rather like a pocket-book reference point.
