The Titus Diary book. First Century Diaries by. Gene Edwards (Goodreads Author).

Though i loved this whole series (First Century Diaries) there is an undertone of what appears to me as a "distrust", or "disliking" of authority. By the end of the books i started getting the impression that he really has a problem with authority, and then i saw the rest of the books he had written, adn this just confirmed my suspicions. Churches are started, disagreements are settled, persecution is endured-and the life-changing gospel moves forward. see all 2 descriptions).

I ordered the 5 "First Century Diaries" books (series), and in just a few week's time, I have read Silas, Titus, Timothy, and am 1/2 way through Priscilla. I am touched deeply as I read these books. I know they are fictional; however, it happens that I have been reading from Paul's letters during the same time I've been reading the "diaries". I feel that even though I have read the same scripture many times, Mr. Edwards has provided an avenue for me to maybe feel and understand some things that were happening to Paul and the early churches, and makes me realize how much work and love was put in to helping others know and love our Sweet Lord! I will be looking for the next Gene Edwards book/s I'll order when I have finished the series!
Rolling Flipper
Gene Edwards doesn't disappoint and The Titus Diary is another masterpiece. Seeing the early church through the eyes of Titus is a novel way to explore the New Testament and watch the apostle Paul's activities. Wonderful book. Get it. You won't be disappointed.
physical condition of the book was excellent; although used, it looked new; very pleased with the quality. Titus Diary itself is about Paul's 2nd missionary journey with Silas as they went about establishing the ecclesia in Phillipi, Thessolanica, Berea, etc. (Greece, I suppose), based on Acts and relevant new testament letters. I love following along this story because it makes what happened in Acts so much more real to me, understanding what they faced and how they delt with it, presenting a realistic, down-to-earth gospel with simplicity, causing me to marvel in wanting to answer the higher call of His character and nature in my life.
This whole series is very well done, and matures your perception of what it was like to be alongside Paul and his team in the First Century.
I love this entire series. It helped me understand the flow of the Book of Acts much better to read what happened when. I bought 2 more sets of the series to give as gifts.
Enjoyed the travels of Paul and his companions.
You must read all the diaries to be able to fully appreciate and comprehend the New Testaments...
Unbelievable revelations and insights...Start in the order they were written then do all five.
Fantastic series. Start with the first one, but start!
