The Targum can only be read in Hebrew. If you can read Hebrew this is fine, otherwise the book is a waste of time. I suspect this problem applies to the other books in the series. This is a photoreproduction of the Silbermann Rashi published in 1929-1933 in England. It contains the Torah text with Rashi menukad and Targum Onkelos menukad, along with an English translation of the Torah and Rashi.

Like many concepts in the book world, "series" is a somewhat fluid and contested notion. A good rule of thumb is that series have a conventional name and are intentional creations, on the part of the author or publisher. Avoid series that cross authors, unless the authors were or became aware of the series identification (e. avoid lumping Jane Austen with her continuators).

This was published by Hebrew Publishing Company I'm New York. Unfortunately it doesn't say when it was published. It was professionally fixed (using tape and glue), and is in good condition. I have other volumes (and additional copies of this volume) from this set, and if requested I can list them.
