John Peel draws on such diverse materials as the radio show and the old Marvel comics to flesh out Luke's story, and takes some minor liberties with the movie itself. When all is said and done, we are presented with a Luke who must all at once deal with painful loss and grow up more quickly than anyone should have to. While this one is not as good as Princess Leia's journal, it is nevertheless worth the hour it will take to read. You really get into the book after reading atleast the first chapter. You can also find out more about the friendship with mysterious Biggs. Strap on for one of the best journals.
