What a beautiful book! Bought this as a gift for a One year old Aurora. It’s generally for an older age range, but I knew that buying. I wanted it more for a keepsake. The illustrations are lovely and makes a great gift.

My sister's first grandchild is a little girl named Aurora. I wanted the child to know about the aurora borealis and was delighted to find this book. From the front cover to the written description, the book sounded charming so I had it shipped directly to my sister. I haven't actually seen the book but my sister says both she and our little Aurora are really enjoying it. Just looking at pictures at this point but will be able to read it together for years as skills - and attention span - improve.

I live on the Alaskan tundra and my newest addition's name is Aurora, so this book is perfect for our family. I love the illustrations and the flow of the plot. I highly recommend it.

While in Alaska we witnessed the beauty of the Aurora. I bought this book to give to my favorite cousin who is named Aurora. I have told her the name fits her for she is as beautiful as the Aurora Borealis! She loved this gift and often reads this lovely story to her grandchildren.

This is a sweet little folk tale-type story with beautiful, appealing illustrations. It also is a good addition to the library of a little girl who enjoys fairy tales with interesting, autonomous girl characters. A nice read.
