I was required to purchase this book for a class I took (one of the authors was my professor), but it is a fantastic resource for aspiring organizational or workplace coaches. It has great tips for dialouge techniques and how to structure your coaching sessions.

The figures weren't labeled at ALL! I bought this book thinking to save time and be eco-friendly. However, the diagrams, some of which had valuable information, were badly converted. The labels on the Figures and Tables weren't even on the proper diagram. The text itself is jumbled and barely legible. It's looks like a huge list of text. Not good Amazon. AT ALL!
