A great resource for understanding 'why' social media is a must-do in marketing, both for profit business and non-profit fundraising. A well written text as a whole, and individual chapters are stand alone reads as well.

I have read many of the Manager's Pocket Guide and I enjoy most. This book was really helpful in understanding the importance of social media and what I can do for my company. I found this was a great tool to help strengthen my teams social media skills.
