I have long been looking for one book that answers some of my persisting pedagogical questions. I have found answers to those questions in the succinct articles of this anthology. In particular, I have found the following sections immensely useful and refreshing to read: section 1 (Approaches to Teaching); section 5 (Task and Project Work); section 13 (Teaching Writing); section 15 (Technologies in the Classroom); and section 16 (Professional Development).

5. A central tenet of modern feminist thought has been the assertion that "all women are oppressed. We are dealing with issues that concern all women. nt, were not sustained. As more and more women acquired prestige, fame, or money from feminist writings or from gains from feminist movement for equality in the work­ force, individual opportunism undermined appeals for collec­ tive struggle.
