My Father's Daughter: A Memoir by JEFF COPLON' 'TINA SINATRA

An engaging and largely sympathetic portrait of life in the Sinatra household by daughter Tina focuses on the his marriage to Barbara Marx Sinatra and his later years. 400,000 first printing. I loved this book and believe Tina's written words perfectly reflect this man's raw determination, drive and will to leave this world a far better place than he found it. His flaws, misgivings, shortcomings and other admitted failures only made this man more human than idol.

My Father's Daughter book. hardcore Frank Sinatra fan but even I learned a lot from this book by his youngest child Tina Sinatra. For example, I never knew that Frank had been diagnosed with dementia in the last years of his life. I didn't know that his first wife Nancy had given him a cell phone so he could talk to her without his 4th wife Barbara picking up the phone and hearing he was talking to her and that the first wife thought up until he had his marriage to her annulled that she kept thinking he would come back to her.

A real page turner, hard to put down. Frank Sinatra's younger daughter truly tells it like it is as she ees. it. Holds little, if anything, back.
Burirus
Good, simple read, I would recommend it.

I could not put the book down!

I did not enjoy this at all. It was more of a bashing my stepmother than a loving tribute to her father.

There is no doubt that Frank Sinatra has millions of fans outside of his own inner circle, but after reading this candidly written, sometimes heart breaking, often funny and very entertaining memoir; I realized Mr.Sinatra's greatest fans were indeed his children and especially this book's author. I've read close to 5 other biographies on Frank and by far this one gives a more intimate portrayal of the phenomenon that was Frank Sinatra. It's simply a must read for any Sinatra fan and any avid reader who enjoys non-fictionalized bios.
